Minutes of Alfredston Rangers’ Annual General Meeting, Thursday 21st April 2005

1. Louise Goyder agreed to re-stand as chairman. Harriet Sudbury seconded the motion.

2. Nicola Mansell stood as vice-chairman. Louise Goyder seconded the motion.

3. Clare Bristow stood as secretary again. Louise Goyder seconded the motion.

4. Lara Heaver stood as treasurer. Kirsty Rodger seconded the motion.

5. We thought about guidelines for the unit: Should we amend the billiards table rule? We decided to amend it to: Don’t hide unless playing hide-and-seek. We will also add: We will try to recruit new members.

6. We need people to write out songs for the website.

7. The A.G.M. was adjourned until next year.
