Meeting every other week means that there’s a whole thirteen days in between one meeting and a next and what with School, work and those busy lives we lead everyone misses a meeting once in a while too.

So to try and solve this dilemma we thought it would be a good idea to have an e-mail reminder before every meeting just to let everyone know where we’re meeting and what we’re doing.
